my laptop coling fan was not working so i got one from ebay but the case was too small but everything on the sticker was the same eg 5v 0.22 ect.. sony vaio PCG 9B3M so i removed the insides and put into the case and it was not working it worked before but was too small to screw back in. can anyone help like can you just buy the inside part its a small round circuit with looks like copper wire ontop and fan blades

I am using ESET security. It was just fine but lately I am not allowed to open Skype, Paltal, or msn unless I turn the firewall off!! I went to option and check boxes to allow me to open these proframs but it didn't work. I am running Vista. (Sony Labtop)

I have an Asus 1005 eee PC netbook and would like to upload some photos I took over the weekend from my Sony Memory Stick onto my computer, however when I put the memory stick into the stick slot on the right side of the netbook, nothing comes up on the screen. It seems like the slot is too big for the memory stick but it seems to slid in and click in okay but nothing comes up and there's no option to select the drive. The slot is too small for the Memory Stick Adapter. How do I do use my memory stick? Would like to upload the photos to my facebook.

i currently have a sony and it has lasted me 2 1/2 years and i love it to bits. i need a fast and high memory laptop i would like some thing other than a gateway or acer. i also need it to be relatively small and light. it would also be good if it was durable, i take my laptop to school so you can just think of the strain it would be in. cost is actually in the question so i would like it to be $700. please help me.

ok so im looking for a program cause i want to post a how to video but it requires a key(which i dont want to give out) and i only want to blur that part where the key is but i need a program thatsimple to use and dosent require a to much knowledge btw dont give me sony vegas coz i tried it and it didnt work for me... Please tell me why you think the Mac or PC is better, and the pros and at least one con about the Mac or PC you choose is the best. A little to know, I have a PC right night (Sony Vaio) and its SLOWING down I hate it! There's more and more stupid little pop up things as days go by. A little about me I love working with pictures/graphics/and occasionally videos. I'm also going to be using this for school, so I'm going to need a good word processor. Also because I like to work with the pictures and those types of things please don't just point me towards a Mac. I want to know what you think is best. And I'll leave it at that. I have a Sony Vaio and I went t start it up the other day and got a Window's boot manager page instead. It says I need to insert and Installation Disk (I have Vista) which the laptop did not come with. It says "windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing or corrupt." File: "\windows\system32\config\system. IDK what any of this means and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I recorded a video with my Sony Cybershot but when i put it in WMM it makes the video lag but on my webcam it doesnt lag how come it does this and is there any way to fix this or do i have to get a better program like i have an old Magix movie edit pro 10
