I trying to find a way to get facebook notifications sent to my pocket phone. Pocket is NOT compatible with facebook mobile and can not send sms to short codes. I made it so i am able to update my status and send photos using tarpipe.com, but it won't help me with getting notifications.

Browsing through some mates facebook pics I click view photos of "friends name" then first picture comes up with a picture of the sims with all sorts of different people tagged to it and has a very strange link next to the comment "try it, really works" A virus perhaps? It's spreading everywhere!

I'm looking for a new laptop. I'll probably hook it up to my external monitor since I watch TV on it a lot, but want something I can also set up in a coffee shop too. I don't do any gaming and only watch TV, use Word Processor, and internet surf. An optical drive is not vital, but I do like to store photos/take pictures. Any suggestions on a good laptop I can buy for the price stated above?

I've tried uploading a new album and adding photos on Facebook, but it says it's uploading but when it finishes it just doesn't appear? Any help?

I have an Asus 1005 eee PC netbook and would like to upload some photos I took over the weekend from my Sony Memory Stick onto my computer, however when I put the memory stick into the stick slot on the right side of the netbook, nothing comes up on the screen. It seems like the slot is too big for the memory stick but it seems to slid in and click in okay but nothing comes up and there's no option to select the drive. The slot is too small for the Memory Stick Adapter. How do I do use my memory stick? Would like to upload the photos to my facebook.

I saw her pics about 200 of them on facebook...she is very cute...i used to think her day and night ...for 2 months she has occupied my mind...i gave her friend requst 5 times but she declined every time(it was expected as i am a stranger to her)..now she has locked her photos on facebook(privacy settings) ut i have saved them all in my pc...There were photos of her family.Now today i went to gym in evening(usually i go in morning).There i saw her brother(saw in pic)...i recogonised her brother at once...I never thought I could ever meet her in reality or even her family members in such a big city.DOES IT INDICATES THAT GOD HAS CREATED WAY TO MEET MY LOVE OR ITS JUST MY MIND'S FANTASY..I could now try to become her brother's friend but problem is i am leaving afer 2 days for my college and return back after 8 months for just 10 days vacation ....SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I was at an event all weekend and i put all my photos and videos on my freinds computer , i dont know the exact specs but its OS is windows 7. <br><br>My comp Has Windows Xp and i can provide the specs for mine if needed.<br> <br>after the event was over i put all those photos and videos on my 32GB SD card and went home, Only to Learn everything for only Sunday, was There The folder that was supposed to be copyed that had everything was empty.<br> <br>now i looked at the properties and it was marked read-only which had to have carryed over from my friends comp. <br><br>now heres my question if it was read-only on my freinds computer does that explain why its empty and if so would removing the read only get the photos and videos on my sd card?

Okay i opened Windows Live Photo Viewer earlier and it came up with all my photos in like some order and then told me to sign in so i can share it on Windows Live or something, but i didn't because i don't want any of my pictures to go online! Now i'm scared they are! Several different accounts use this laptop so will go on the programme, will those accounts upload the pictures onto Windows Live and how do i check they haven't?
