I am running VMware on my laptop and trying to map a drive on my laptop host from my virtual server. I can ping the host from the virtual server but cannot map the host's C drive. Msg is "There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request".<br><br>I can map the C drive of the virtual machine from the host, just not the other direction.

Hello I have a brand new i phone two days old and I wanted to look<br>at my website that has Quick times running on it as samples of my work.<br>After the site loads all the quick times are not running but a triangular symbol through the center of the viewer. Hi guys I have MS Windows Vista Business Edition, here's my situation I can ping localhost and can go the internet, such as yahoo and any other websites with no problem. But when I try to ping it, it says "Request Time Out," Is there any security built in to Vista that is blocking it? I checked and it says Windows firewall is off, but its controlled thru a group policy. Other clients on the same network that is running XP/2000 can ping external IPs with no problem. Copied all files to external drive before loading Windows 7 saved in .VHD format now I can't open them. have used File Helper etc but no luck.<br>dave

I am using Excel 2007 and I want to create a formula that says - if A2 contains a number xxxxxx, I want Excel to enter a name into cell C2.<br><br>This is because I've been given a workbook that contains various sheets and a column for the name hasn't been included, so I want to insert it but not have to go through every line inserting the name - with the potential for making a mistake !<br><br>I do hope this can be done as I will want to use it each month until the spreadsheets comes in with the name column already completed.<br><br><br>Regards,<br>Julia
